Hi DS is nearly 9mths and has one tooth. He lovs his vegies mashed up. I occasionally give him steamed chicken (food processor) mixed in with his veg. I feel as though im depriving him becasue most of the time he has ONLY veg for lunch and tea (with yoghurts and fruit in between). I dont give him much finger food either, becasue he doesnt even chew with his ums he swallows it straight away. Id love to start introducing red meat and fish, tuna etc. What cooking methods do u use and what variations?
